Frequently Asked Questions

All the loop attachments I offer are made of copper, steel or zinc with a coloured coating (flash bath). All components are lead-free, nickel-free, cadmium-free and comply with European standards. A certificate is available upon request.

Your loops are carefully made and packaged, then handed over to Mondial Relay within 5 days of your order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made once the funds are received.

If you live in La Baule-Escoublac, I will be happy to deliver your purchases to you (on foot or by bike if the weather permits).

If a loop reveals a manufacturing defect, you can return the pair to me (within 15 days of your purchase) and I will send you a new one as soon as possible.
